Pursuant to the recent issuance of our Consultation Paper Part 2 (CP2), the Consumer Credit Oversight Board (CCOB) Task Force will hold a Town Hall for market participants from the  Debt Collection Agency (DCA), Impaired Loan Buyer (ILB) Factoring, Leasing,  Debt Counselling & Management Agency and Hire Purchase industries. This Town Hall will be a briefing on matters covered in CP2 which was issued on 5 April 2023.
